Rooted in Community, Committed to Change

Outside of her professional life, Uduak is a proud mother of three sons. As a single mom, she knows firsthand the challenges of juggling family, work, and financial pressures—and it’s this lived experience that fuels her commitment to supporting working families and advocating for those who often go unheard.

A longtime Agawam resident, Uduak is deeply invested in the town she calls home. She believes leadership should reflect the people it serves and is dedicated to creating a community where every voice matters, and every resident has a place at the table.

A Heart for Service, A Vision for Community

Uduak holds master’s degrees in Pastoral Counseling and in Criminal Justice, combining faith, justice, and compassion in her approach to leadership. With years of experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, and advocacy, she continues to drive meaningful, sustainable change.

She finds her greatest joy in raising her three sons, mentoring future leaders, and celebrating the richness of diverse cultures. For Uduak, leadership means creating space for others, amplifying every voice, and working together to build a community where everyone feels they belong.
